Our Intuition is our navigation system that speaks to us through sensations, visions, dreams or the whisper that we may miss if life has become too busy. We are always being supported and guided toward what we chose to come into this reality to experience, however if we are not intentionally making time to strengthen our intuitive connection, we can feel out of balance, unable to know which direction to take and looking for answers from those who may not actually know what is best for us, however well meaning they may be. How often do you ask other people "What should I do?" 

 

Our body relays information to us all the time, and alongside that we have an entire spirit team who are our biggest supporters with the task of keeping us on the path that we contracted to experience prior to our birth.
